Sunrise 10-30-06
Monday morning I noticed a strange purple glow in my backyard (why it wasn't orange I don't know), and I looked out to see this sunrise. I couldn't resist running to get the camera. It was worth being a little late to work for this:

I can never decide what is nicer a sunrise or a sunset. These are really very lovely photos.

bekka - 'Tis the trappings of suburbia - my neighbors built a fort for their daughters and it has a canvas covering for a roof. I wish I would have thought to go in the front yard!
