Different Day
Today was a bit of a shift from the norm. I had to drive to Fort Worth for work today. Unfortunately that means a drive of about 76 miles one way. The bad part is that it takes more than an hour to get there. The good part is that I get reimbursed for mileage, and I end up making a little bit of money even after the gas is paid for. Fortunately they're cool about letting me leave early so I don't hit the worst of the traffic. It's grunt work, but then that's pretty much all I do on a normal day anyway. It's nice to have a change of scenery every now and then.

The most important birthday today is my mother's! She hit the big 6-0 this year. Happy birthday Mom!

Oh... I freaking love Sid and Nancy. But Faith woke up during the murder scene when she was a baby and I thought I was going to have to smoother her. I couldn't find the remote and she was duck duck goosing around my every move to keep her from looking. Great.
Oh - and I've finally come to the conclusion... I do care what you ate for breakfast. I think you need to add that as a daily sideline.

holli - are you serious? I actually kind of like that idea. The problem is that it would stay the same for months on end. I've been eating the same kind of cereal for about 3 months now.
I totally agree with Holli...since I am not a big breakfast fan I am enthralled with the idea what other people eat.

I am totally serious. I don't know why this thought hit me in the middle of the night - but it did. It's a perfect sideline for your blog!!!
Maybe you'll be inspired to eat something different every now and again. The element of surprise will be excellent. The repetitiveness will be hilarious. (for me at least).

I think I would be turned into the authorities. I usually just have a Dr. Pepper!!! Food gags me in the morning. ewwwwww.
I don't know if you can set up polls, etc.. on blogger - but on wordpress you can add user data... that would be fun to have everyone add what they ate for breakfast. I guess I eat candy in the morning. That would offend several people.
