SPC - Resolution #1
I don't usually make New Year's resolutions. It's not because I'm scared to fail, but it seems like making New Year's resolutions somehow implies that you can't resolve to do something any other time of the year. I like to keep my options open. However, I didn't want to miss out on SPC this month. This resolution is one that I have been working on for a couple of months:

I think I'll make that one FOR Faith. The child that used to live on tofu mixed with broccoli and egg.. now wants to exist on carbs and sugar. She's been ruined by Nana and Poppy. Dammit!

i like your approach to being intentional about resolutions throughout the year.
MY GOD that is a lot of broccoli!!!!!!! Do you have to eat all that in one sitting???
That's about 2 servings for me.
